Parn Aniwat

Exhibited Artist

Ani (Wood You Mind), born 1988, is a contemporary artist born and raised in Thailand, where he recently returned after a period in Texas, USA. Ani’s passion for carving began at a young age when he started crafting stick figures out of pencils in class. Although his art took a back seat during college, he rekindled his creative spirit in 2019, embracing his true calling.

Ani’s work spans intricate carvings and vibrant paintings, often portraying joyful scenes of animals, his muse Anchan, and a cheerful young character named Anda. Inspired by the innocence and wonder of youth, Ani's creations convey a universal language that resonates deeply with viewers.

His art has been warmly received by collectors around the world, who are drawn to its nostalgic charm and uplifting simplicity. Ani holds a deep belief in art’s transformative power, hoping his work inspires empathy, curiosity, and a childlike sense of wonder in all who experience it.
