Ani, born and raised in Thailand, is a passionate contemporary artist currently based in Texas, USA. Ani discovered his love for carving at a young age when he skillfully whittle stick figures out of pencils during class. However, as he entered college, his artistic pursuits took a back seat. It was not until 2019 that he reignited his artistic flame and embraced his true calling.
Drawing inspiration from the blissful days of youth, Ani strives to capture and distill the essence of happiness in his work, sharing it with the world. He believes that in the simplicity of his carvings, a universal language is spoken, one that resonates effortlessly with people, much like an earnest conversation with a child.
Ani firmly believes that art has the power to transform individuals, making them better, more empathetic beings. He holds onto the belief that the purity and unadulterated joy of youth can be experienced anew through his art, leaving a lasting imprint on those who encounter it.
Through his ongoing journey of creativity, Ani seeks to evoke nostalgia, spark curiosity, and remind us all of the profound beauty found in the simplest moments of life.
